FAQ
Questions, answered plainly.
What people ask before they start a project with us, and how we actually decide things like cost and timelines.
Working with us
It depends on scope, complexity and the systems it must connect to, so we do not quote from a price list. After a first conversation we define the scope with you and price the work against it. You get a fixed proposal before any code is written, and we tell you what would change the number.
A focused internal tool can take weeks; a multi-role platform with integrations takes months. We plan in short cycles and put working software in front of you every week, so you see progress rather than waiting for a reveal. The first scoping conversation gives you a realistic range for your project.
Yes. We work with early-stage companies that need a first version built properly, and with established businesses replacing manual processes. Scope and budget are agreed up front either way, and we are honest when a smaller first version is the better idea.
Send a short note through the contact page. We reply, ask a few questions, and propose an approach and a rough shape of the work. There is no obligation at that stage.
Building
Yes. That is the point of custom software. We map how your team actually works, keep what is good about it, and design the system around that instead of forcing a generic template on you.
Usually, yes. We connect to accounting, CRM, ERP, payment, messaging and logistics systems through their APIs, and we build middleware where two systems were never meant to talk. We check the integrations you need before we commit to a plan.
Yes. Many of our projects ship a web application, a mobile app and an admin panel as one system sharing one backend, so the data stays consistent wherever it is touched.
After launch
Yes. Launch is the midpoint, not the finish. We offer ongoing maintenance, monitoring and improvement so the software keeps working as your business, its data and the platforms around it change.
Products
Yes. Alongside client work we build our own software products. Aromex, an ERP for mobile-phone distributors, is available now. If a product fits your need it is faster than starting from scratch; if not, we build custom.
