Services / Integrations

Connect the systems you already use.

APIs, payment gateways, CRM and ERP connections, WhatsApp Business, webhooks and the custom middleware that makes separate systems behave like one.

01In practice

What this means in practice

Most businesses already run on several systems that do not talk to each other, so people become the integration: exporting, re-typing, reconciling. We build the connections so the data moves itself.

We work with documented APIs where they exist and build careful middleware where they do not, with retries, logging and alerts so a failed sync is visible instead of silent.

Every integration is scoped around a business outcome: an order that creates an invoice, a lead that lands in the CRM with context, a payment that updates stock.

02What we build

Specific things we deliver

  • REST and GraphQL APIs

Documented interfaces for your own systems and your partners.

  • Payment gateway integration

Checkout, refunds, reconciliation and webhooks handled correctly.

  • CRM and ERP connections

Leads, customers, orders and invoices flowing both ways.

  • WhatsApp Business API

Notifications, ordering and support conversations from your systems.

  • Webhooks and event pipelines

Systems reacting to each other in real time.

  • Data sync

The same record, consistent everywhere, with conflicts surfaced.

  • Custom middleware

The adapter that makes two incompatible systems cooperate.

  • Monitoring and alerts

You hear about a failed sync from us, not from a customer.

03Where it fits

Situations that usually lead here

  • 01

Orders, payments and accounts live in three systems that never agree.

  • 02

You want to sell or support through WhatsApp properly.

  • 03

A partner needs programmatic access to your data.

  • 04

A migration needs old and new systems running side by side.

04Our approach

How the work runs

See our full process
  1. 01

    Discover

We list the systems, what data moves between them and what happens when it does not.

  2. 02

    Define

Which integrations, in which direction, with what rules for conflicts and failures.

  3. 03

    Design

Mapping of fields, states and edge cases agreed before code.

  4. 04

    Build

Built with retries, logging and alerts, tested against real records.

  5. 05

    Launch and support

Monitoring in production and adjustments as the connected systems change.

07FAQ

Questions about integrations

Anything with an API, and many things without one. We confirm feasibility for your specific systems during discovery before we commit to a plan.

Integrations are built to retry, queue and alert. Nothing is lost silently, and you can see what is waiting.

Usually you need API access on your account with the vendor, which is normally part of your plan with them. We help you find out what you have.

Often, through exports, imports, email parsing or controlled automation. We are honest when the reliable answer is to replace the system instead.
