Privacy policy

What we collect

We collect information in two situations.

• When you send a message through the contact form: your name, email address, project type, and what you tell us about the project. Company, phone number, timeline and additional details are optional.
• Your light or dark theme preference, which is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.

What we do not collect

This site does not run advertising trackers, social media pixels or behavioural analytics. It does not set advertising cookies. If we add privacy-friendly traffic measurement in future, this policy will say so and describe what it records.

How we use your message

We use what you send us to reply to you and to prepare for a conversation about your project. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone other than the systems that carry it to our team: our own client-management system, Humble Progress, which runs on Google Firebase, and an email delivery provider.

Where it goes and how long we keep it

Contact form messages are stored in Humble Progress, the system our team uses to track inquiries and projects, and our team is notified by email. They are kept as ordinary business correspondence. Automated spam checks run on the form: a hidden field that only bots fill in, and a limit on how many messages one connection can send in a short period. We do not keep a separate marketing database.

If you would like a message deleted, write to us at the address below and we will remove it from our systems.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only and sends strict browser security headers. Form submissions are validated on our server before anything is sent.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we will respond.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
