Services / Mobile Applications

Mobile applications for customers, teams and operations.

Android and iOS apps for the people who use your business on the move: customers placing orders, staff in the field, residents raising a request.

01In practice

What this means in practice

A mobile app is rarely just an app. It is the app, the backend that serves it and the admin panel that runs it. We build all three as one system so data stays consistent wherever it is touched.

We design for real conditions: patchy networks, small screens, one-handed use, and people who will not read a manual. The app has to be obvious on first open.

Release is not the end. Store listings, updates, device fragmentation and operating-system changes are part of keeping an app healthy, and we plan for them.

02What we build

Specific things we deliver

  • Customer-facing apps

Ordering, booking, tracking and account management.

  • Field and employee apps

Work recorded where it happens instead of re-entered later.

  • Booking and ordering apps

    Slots, carts, confirmations and reminders.

  • Community and social apps

Feeds, posts, media and moderation built for a specific audience.

  • App, backend and admin panel

One system, three surfaces, one set of records.

  • Device policy and compliance apps

Checks, reports and administration for managed devices.

  • Store releases

Play Store and App Store submission, listings and updates.

  • Ongoing app maintenance

OS updates, device changes and improvements after launch.

03Where it fits

Situations that usually lead here

  • 01

Your customers want to order, book or track from their phone.

  • 02

Field staff record work on paper and re-enter it later.

  • 03

A community you serve needs a place to talk and share.

  • 04

You need to manage or check many devices across an organisation.

07FAQ

Questions about mobile applications

It depends on who will use the app. Consumer apps in India usually start with Android; some audiences need both from day one. We recommend based on your users, not our preference.

Almost always. Anything that stores data, has accounts or shares information between users needs one, and we build it as part of the project.

We prepare and submit the listings under your developer accounts, so the app belongs to your organisation.

Through a maintenance arrangement: operating-system updates, device changes, bug fixes and new features released in planned versions.
