01Overview

A mobile-phone distributor in Edmonton, Canada needed one system for a high-volume, fast-moving operation: stock arriving from suppliers, moving between locations and going out to customers, with money owed in both directions.

We built Aromex as that system, with desktop applications for the office and mobile apps for the counter and the road, all working from the same records. It later became a Humble Solutions product.

02The challenge

High-volume phone distribution runs on thin margins and constant movement. Tracking devices by model, capacity, colour and carrier across locations, while keeping supplier credit and customer dues straight, does not survive spreadsheets for long.

03Our solution

One ERP with sales, purchasing, inventory and invoicing; customer, supplier and middleman profiles with balances and transaction history; a financial overview of what is owed and due; delivered as desktop apps for macOS and Windows and mobile apps for iOS and Android.
