01Overview
CutQ is a salon booking app live on Google Play and active in Patiala. Customers discover salons, build a cart of services, choose a stylist and confirm a time; salons get bookings, customer management and daily operations in one place.
We built it to be fast and reliable on mobile and desktop, because a booking flow only works if it is quicker than making a phone call. Alongside the app and the salon dashboard we designed and built the public website, cutqsalons.in, where customers get the app and salons apply to join.
02The challenge
Salons book by phone and memory, customers do not know who is free when, and no-shows cost everyone. A booking system only replaces the phone call if it is faster and more certain.
03Our solution
A customer app with salon discovery and filters, service selection with durations and prices, stylist preference, a date and time slot picker and instant confirmation, plus a web dashboard for salons to manage services, bookings, schedules, stylists and customers.
