01Overview

My Nest is a centralised flat-management system built for efficient residential society operations and deployed at IND Sphinx Precision Ltd.

Residents raise and track complaints, request visitor passes and read notices from their phone; administrators manage records, billing and communication from one place. Built once for IND Sphinx, it is now ready to deploy for other societies as My Nest.

02The challenge

Large and multi-tower societies run on notice boards, registers and phone calls. Complaints get lost, visitors are logged on paper, and billing is a monthly scramble.

03Our solution

A resident app with categorised complaints and priority levels, visitor passes, a notice board and feedback, backed by administration for resident records, maintenance billing and communication, designed to scale to large, multi-tower societies.
